Born in Orange County to a middle-class immigrant family, Arbazz Nizami grew up surrounded by technology, science, storytelling, and service. His father worked in Silicon Valley during the rise of the tech industry, while his mother worked as a microbiologist. From an early age, he was introduced to computers and digital culture, building websites and running online blogs around everything from basketball and internet culture to emerging digital trends.

As a teenager, he began helping businesses and organizations establish an online presence, developing an early understanding of branding, digital growth, online behavior, and audience engagement. At the same time, volunteer work exposed him to families facing poverty, instability, addiction, and a lack of access to support systems in their local communities.

After meeting a former drug addict searching for financial assistance and a second chance, he helped launch Sahaba Initiative at the age of 17. He is Chairman and President of the Board of Trustees, helping lead the organization’s strategic growth into an award-winning nonprofit with an annual budget exceeding $2 million dollars. Under his leadership, the organization has delivered millions of dollars in services, distributed millions of pounds of food, and supported thousands of vulnerable families through scalable community systems and digital fundraising infrastructure.

Today, Arbazz is a marketing technology executive, award-winning growth marketer, and organizational change expert with over 15 years of experience building digital growth systems across technology companies, startups, nonprofits, universities, and civic campaigns. He has managed more than $10 million in digital advertising spend and helped raise or generate more than $30 million dollars for nonprofit organizations, political campaigns, and mission-driven initiatives.

His professional work includes launching and scaling account-based marketing programs, implementing CRM and marketing automation ecosystems, leading lifecycle marketing initiatives, building lead generation infrastructure, and supporting major marketing efforts campaigns that have left to closing deals with companies including TikTok, Wiz, Accenture, LinkedIn, Microsoft, and other leading technology organizations.

Arbazz advises organizations, campaigns, and executive leaders on fundraising strategy, digital growth, CRM systems, AI-driven marketing, customer engagement, donor strategy, marketing automation, and storytelling. He has also served as a strategic fundraising adviser to members of Congress, state assembly leaders, mayors, and leaders across the civic space.

Arbazz is also a United Nations Global Ambassador, strategic adviser to The King Center, host of The Bazz Show, and former co-host of the Certified Skills in AI + Tech podcast, where he interviewed executives and technology leaders on the future of AI, workforce transformation, and digital innovation.

His expertise spans marketing technology, account-based marketing, lifecycle marketing, customer engagement systems, AI-driven marketing strategy, CRM management, marketing automation, data analytics, conversion rate optimization, digital fundraising, organizational change, and growth strategy. He is known for balancing technical and non-technical leadership, using data, systems thinking, and human-centered strategy to help organizations scale.

Arbazz holds a Doctorate in Organizational Change, a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, a Master’s degree in Data Analytics, a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Communication, and a Bachelor’s degree in Arabic. He has also completed advanced training through Northwestern University in Digital Marketing Strategies: Data, Automation, AI & Analytics, the IBM Data Science Professional Certificate, and the American Muslim Civic Leadership Institute at the University of Southern California.

Beyond business and technology, he remains deeply passionate about supporting struggling women and children, fighting poverty at a local level, and helping injured and vulnerable animals.
